About us

Club-photo.jpg

Colchester and Tendring Athletics Club is a family friendly, inclusive club which takes pride in the opportunities that we give to all of our athletes. Our dedicated volunteer coaches provide an excellent quality of coaching for all levels. Younger athletes are encouraged with training programmes that include elements of all athletics disciplines through fun training activities. As they progress through the club, the training becomes more focused on specific events with tailored training programmes.

We compete in the following leagues:

Eastern Young Athletes League (EYAL)

East Anglian League (EAL)

Southern Athletics League (SAL)

Eastern Masters Athletics Club (EMAC)

We also run regular social events for our members to provide opportunities to enjoy time together off the track and celebrate our athletes' successes.
