Junior relays (U13, U15, U17): 9:30am start for girls' teams; 10:15am start for boys' teams, 3 x 3k legs (speak to Bob Kimber if you would like to be part of a team)
Senior / Vets relays: 11:00am start, 3 x 6k legs except Senior Men 4 x 6k legs (speak to John Henington if you would like to be part of a team)
